Your NS-subscription

Recently you have received several messages from NS concerning your NS subscription. It appears that you regularly check in during off-peak hours, while your journey only starts after 30 minutes. With your subscription you travel with a discount during peak hours. NS has previously informed you about the rules and consequences of this violation. 

Unfortunately, your travel data shows that after a warning from NS, you are still regularly travelling with a discount during the rush hour. You are therefore violating the general transport conditions of NS (AVR-NS) and the product conditions of your season ticket. 

Renewal of your season ticket   
According to the product conditions NS is entitled to terminate and/or block a Basic Product and/or Flex Subscription(s) with immediate effect in the event of abuse/fraud and impose a fine. Your subscription will be terminated with immediate effect.

Pay on time
Do we not receive your payment on time? Then the amount will be increased by € 40.00 in collection costs. We are entitled to do this on the basis of Article 6:96 of the Dutch Civil Code and the Compensation for Extrajudicial Collection Costs Decree. The outstanding total amount will also be transferred for collection.
